6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Canoravelle Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or website. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for platform access in the twelve months preceding the claim.
